Your billing has to be setup on autodraft in order to receive subscription pricing. If you are not setup on auto, you will be billed for the one time service cleaning price.
Your trash can has to be emptied before your scheduled cleaning. If Yesterday's Lunch shows up the day of cleaning and your trash can isn't emptied, your can will not be cleaned and you will not receive a refund.
**If your garbage pickup is delayed or doesn't show up the day they are supposed to, please let us know and we will reschedule.
Cancelation Policy:
Cancel within 24 hours of scheduled cleaning to receive a full refund if you need to cancel for any reason. If you cancel the day of your scheduled cleaning, you will be charged a $25 nonrefundable fee and your trash can will not be cleaned.
